The relationship between art and fashion is the main idea I incorporate into my work. Through using shapes, pattern, and bold color inspired from fabric, current fashion trends, film, nature, etc., I create my images. An idea I am currently focusing on incorporates body shapes and pattern to camouflage ordinary objects and body forms into an unrecognizable state. I enjoy surprising the eye and making the viewer look closer to see what is actually there.i graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Fashion Design and Fine Arts. A midwest girl all my life, I am currently relocated in the lovely city of san francisco, ready to enjoy all the west coast has to offer!
